This is an "Equator Super Dryer" that plugs into a regular wall outlet. It's not a tiny, portable, counter top dryer. It's 22.5" x 24" x 35"
You're free to plug it in and test it before you buy it. It's not as effective as a regular dryer -- because it plugs into a regular outlet it doesn't get as hot so it takes longer to dry but it's better than hanging up wet clothes overnight. And no need to iron everything the way you have to when they're line dried.
This dryer is a life changer if you live in an apartment or dorm and don't want to spend time and money in a laundromat or need something dry for work. We used it with a washing machine that hooked up to the sink (that we will be selling soon).
