If it is 1st, last and security $1,160.00(3) = $3,480.00.
If approved there is a $500 holding deposit to reserve the unit which will go towards moving in cost.
Everything in the unit runs on electricity, your heating, cooking, and electric hot water tank.
Your electricity is provided by Peco.
There is a corner store that is 1/2 a block away. Our location is conveniently 5 minutes from the on/off ramp to Delaware, Philadelphia, and Commodore Barry Bridge.
If you like to go shopping there is a Wal-Mart, Springfield Mall, Shop-rite, Giant, LA Fitness, Planet Fitness, and Pets Mart.
Also, different varieties of restaurants, banks, fast food and shops are all located in a 5-mile radius.
We are a 4-legged family member friendly community. If you have a dog as a 4-legged family member they can only be 25 pounds - under, $175 deposit (nonrefundable) and cats are a $125 deposit(nonrefundable)
Our community has about 80 apartments, 2 apartments per entry door with the square footage of 990 square ft. There is a laundry facility on premises, 24-hour maintenance, HD security camera surveillance and ample parking.
