Great Year-Round Landscaping Job Monday-Friday Work Alone! (South NJ)

We are a commercial and residential landscaping, snow removal and exterior services company. We're looking for an experienced landscaper to work Monday-Friday servicing central New Jersey.
This isn't a typical landscape position. You will be working alone daily in order to complete your tasks.
This is a year round position, however in the winter time duties change. Our company does a lot of commercial snow removal, staking properties, site walkthroughs, etc. This is a year round position with opportunities to move up in a sales and management capacity.
A Typical Day:
1. You will drive to our Edison satellite yard location.
2. You will punch in your time sheet when you arrive.
3. You will load your equipment in the bed of the truck.
4. You will be given a list of 3-4 customers (address) to service each day.
5. You will be communicating through text and call throughout the day with management with customer concerns.
6. After your last customer of the day is finished, you will make your way back to the Edison yard, unload equipment and punch out your time sheet for the day.
Keep In Mind:
1. You will mostly be servicing new customers so each service you will be providing to each customer will differ.
2. Other duties would include distributing flyers in neighborhoods usually once a week or once every two weeks.
Personal Requirements:
1. You MUST have your own pickup truck. Toyota Tacoma/Ford Ranger or larger.
2. Must have a valid drivers license
3. Must have a smart phone
4. Able to work alone daily
Required Skills:
1. Able to lift 50-80lbs into a truck bed
2. Experience using a hedge trimmer
3. Experience Cutting or Pruning Tree limbs
4. Experience mowing lawns with a 21 inch walkbehind mower
Note:
1. You will NOT be required to get on or use a ladder
2. You will NOT be required to use a commercial zero turn mower, just a 21 inch walkbehind push mower. (experience would be great!)
3. You will NOT be driving your truck with a trailer (All tools and equipment will fit in the bed of the truck)
Payment:
1. Payment is $25/hr. Plus $20 per day for gas and mileage. You will mostly be driving in and around the Edison area.
2. Payment is made weekly every Monday by a company issued check.
Hours Of Operation:
1. Hours are from 10am to 6pm Monday-Friday
2. If there is moderate to heavy rain we skip that day or try to adjust the daily hours to accommodate customers or we make up that day on a weekend. We could also add more hours on each day to make up for a rain day.
