1994 Fleetwood Class C motorhome on a Ford E-350 Econoline chassis. 23 feet, white, gas V8, automatic. Odometer reads 31,189 miles. Starts, runs, and drives well.
Asking $9,500 cash. Serious offers from $8,000 to $10,000 considered.
Registered in my name. Paper title was lost. Temporary plates are on the vehicle. Purchased in 2021. Prior owner has passed away.
Recent work: seven new tires (about $2,500), walk-on roof rebuilt with plywood decking and 2x4 framing, and new belts, alternator, battery, starter, and solenoids. Electrical system checked, organized, and straightforward. Wood floor covered with cement board and ready for tile.
Full-size toilet. 3-inch cement shower base with matching countertops, new stainless shower valve, and two overhead shower heads. Double kitchen sink with a black pull-out spray faucet. Stock white stove and oven. Microwave removed. Original cab seats replaced with a Cadillac Escalade split-fold bench.
Generator is in good condition. Fuel line is disconnected from electrical testing and must be reconnected before use. Heater blower motor is noisy when running.
