Chef looking for a room (Seattle)

I’ve been in the culinary field for the past 16 years. I’ve held every position from dishwasher to executive chef. I’m currently working in the downtown area.
I’m looking for somewhere that’s clean, and functional, I work Monday- Friday, usually between the hours of 6am-3pm. In my of time I’m doing anything but cooking. I’m fairly easy to get along and socialize with. My schedule is pretty consistent and typical doesn’t deviate too much.
I use public transportation so the closer to any bus line/link route the better.
I know my description is pretty vague, but I’m just a guy looking to give you money so I can live in a space. I’m fine with animals, I’m good with chores and I pay on time.
My timeline for moving is anytime after the 4th of November, I’ve been fortunate enough to rent out an Airbnb for the month that I lived here, but I would like a more permanent situation. Thank you for reading. Feel free to reach out anything.
