I have just under 1000 sqft of tile I'm going to be subbing out in Harwich in 3 weeks. Typically do 2 full homes a year.

Before I bring anyone out, I just want a rough idea of your labor only rates.
What's your per-square-foot labor price for:

Floor tile
Wall tile
Showers, including the pan and waterproofing(Schluter pans)

Ballpark is fine. Also, how far out are you booking?
