$150 Seeking weekend (or temporary) roommate in the Village of Chatham

I'm in the Hudson Valley, in the village of Chatham – a charming little town with a cinema, a pub, a brewery, and other shops & restaurants within easy walking distance.
I have a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom house from the 1880s. 2 stories. You would have one bedroom & bathroom (I have the second bedroom/bath; and the third bedroom is my office). Prefer sharing with a fellow female.
Ideally you're someone who wants the space for weekends, or for a short-term full-time rental...but I'm flexible, so feel free to let me know what you're looking for.
The village is only two blocks away, but you'd likely want a car to take advantage of the rest of the area. Ubers are available but somewhat limited. One can also take the Amtrak to Hudson and then rent a car there. I did that for a while.
The $150/day covers a 24-hour period.
I'm pretty social. Like most people, I like to keep things tidy at home. Let's chat. :-)
