JL Schwieters is hiring experienced framers, carpenters, and construction professionals to build homes, townhomes, and multi-family projects across the Twin Cities metro.

What We Offer

• $2,000–$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS (based on experience)

The Work
• Framing homes, townhomes, and commercial projects
• Working in fast-paced production environments
• Using nail guns, saws, and standard framing tools
• Following plans and instructions on active jobsites
What We’re Looking For
• Framing or carpentry experience
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Comfortable using nail guns and saws
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Able to pass a pre-employment physical
• Knows how to work safely on a construction site
