About the house: a 4 bd/3 ba split level house with a large backyard in a peaceful neighborhood. Bedrooms are all a decent size. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom, and there is plenty of space for an office or hobby room AND guest room. Kitchen has ample countertop space, stove, and dishwasher, and there is a separate dining room. Washer/dryer on premises. The house is furnished, your room could be but doesn't have to be, and there is room for more furniture if you already have your own and want to keep it. 10 minutes to uptown, 4 minutes to Park Road Shopping Plaza, easy access to freeways.

About me: 42 yr old female who recently moved back to the area. No drama, good communicator, happy to go try a new restaurant or hang at home cooking and watching a movie. Dinner party vibes over house party vibes. There is also a very sweet 12 yr old mutt who loves all people and mostly enjoys exploring and napping in the backyard.
