This position is a combination of sales and front desk/customer service. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong communication skills, and can help customers find the right products while keeping the front desk organized and welcoming.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer questions
Help customers with product selections and provide information about our quartz and countertop products
Follow up with customers and sales leads
Prepare and assist with sales quotes and orders
Schedule appointments and customer visits
Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk/showroom
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
Help the team with day-to-day showroom and office operations
Qualifications:
Basic computer skills
Spanish/English bilingual is a plus, but NOT required
Must be comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday
Saturday availability is required
We are flexible with scheduling and can work with you to arrange one weekday off when possible.
Compensation:
Hourly pay
Paid biweekly
