The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Recruiting Partner to help identify, engage, and place qualified candidates with manufacturing clients nationwide. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced recruiter or manufacturing professional who enjoys building relationships and wants compensation tied directly to results.
You will work with Execufit to understand hiring needs, develop candidate pipelines, and guide candidates through the recruiting process.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, job boards, and direct outreach.
Screen candidates for relevant experience, leadership capability, culture fit, compensation, and location preferences.
Present qualified candidates with clear summaries of their experience and interest.
Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates.
Support offer discussions, acceptance, and follow-up through the candidate’s start date.
Maintain accurate recruiting records and timely pipeline updates.
Represent Execufit with professionalism, integrity, and respect for confidentiality.
Identify potential client relationships and new search opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
Recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or skilled technical roles.
Manufacturing professionals with strong industry networks are also encouraged to apply.
Strong sourcing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to assess candidates beyond résumé keywords.
Organization, follow-through, and comfort managing multiple searches.
A self-directed approach and willingness to conduct proactive outreach.
Commitment to quality placements and long-term relationships.
Compensation
This is a commission-only opportunity. Recruiting Partners earn 50% of the placement fees Execufit collects on their placements.
Commission is earned from collected fees, with payment timing, placement attribution, and any refund or guarantee provisions outlined in the written partner agreement.
