### 🔧 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) to minimize equipment downtime.
- Install, repair, and replace mechanical components.
- Troubleshoot and maintain **hydraulic and pneumatic systems**.
- Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Perform welding and fabrication, including **ARC, MIG, and TIG welding**.
- Conduct torch cutting and metal fabrication.
- Assist with pipe fitting and equipment installation.
- Operate production machinery when necessary.
- Follow OSHA and company safety procedures.
- Assist in training and supporting maintenance team members.
### ✅ JOB REQUIREMENTS
- **Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience** in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in metalworking or drum manufacturing preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Ability to stand for 8–12 hours per shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, climb, and occasionally work in confined spaces.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
