Eagle Medical Courier is seeking reliable, motivated, and professional independent contractor drivers for medical courier delivery opportunities in the Charlotte, North Carolina area!
Our drivers help deliver essential medical supplies and medications to patients and healthcare facilities. We are looking for people who value reliability, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

šµ YOUR COMPENSATION
$0.90 per paid mile
Variable fuel surcharge paid in addition
Weekly direct deposit
Potential to earn $500ā$1,000 per week, depending on available routes and paid miles completed
Morning, midday, evening, and select weekend opportunities
š HOW MILEAGE PAY WORKS
Drivers are paid $0.90 per eligible mile for loaded mileage and travel from one delivery stop to the next. An additional variable fuel surcharge applies according to the company's compensation terms.
š AVAILABLE ROUTE OPPORTUNITIES
Depending on operational needs, routes may include:
Morning deliveries
Midday delivery routes
Evening routes starting around 5 PM
On-demand deliveries throughout the day
Rotating weekend opportunities
Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available based on route requirements.
ā WHAT YOU'LL NEED
A dependable personal vehicle
Valid driver's license and appropriate auto insurance
Smartphone for route communication and delivery updates
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Professional communication and customer-service skills
A reliable, self-motivated work ethic
Previous courier or delivery experience is preferred but not required.
š PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE
Drivers must wear an Eagle Medical Courier polo shirt, company identification badge, appropriate pants or shorts, and closed-toe shoes while making deliveries.
