IMMEDIATE OPENING – HOME DAILY
Highways & Skyways Transportation has an immediate opening for an experienced Local CDL-A Company Driver.
The truck is based and parked in Charlotte, NC, and you'll be home every day.
PAY
Starting Pay:
• $22.60/hour base pay
• + $1.00/hour Safety Bonus
• $23.60/hour total starting pay
After 90 Days:
• $24.00/hour base pay
• + $1.00/hour Safety Bonus
• $25.00/hour total
🔥 OVERTIME PAID AFTER 40 HOURS
Our local drivers normally average approximately 11 hours per day, so there is regular opportunity for overtime.
SCHEDULE
• Home Every Day
• Approximately 11 hours per day
• Start times generally between 4:00 AM and 8:00 AM
• Start times vary depending on the day's work
• Truck parks in Charlotte, NC

THE JOB
This is a true local CDL-A driving position, not an OTR job advertised as local.
Our local drivers haul dry van freight for established customers throughout the Charlotte region, Carolinas and surrounding areas.
You'll work a full day, earn overtime when applicable, and go home at the end of your shift.
We're looking for an experienced(24 Months), dependable professional driver who wants steady work, good hours and daily home time with an established transportation company.
