Whether you are hiking or on a trip around the country, this bag will serve you well. The tough, water resistant Cordura fabric stands up to strenuous use. It has some padding on front and back, which can keep your ipad safe, or keep your lunch cool! All in all, it’s a great pack with lots of options for all your travel needs. It measures about 11” wide x 12” tall x 4.5” deep. Note that these measurements are without stuffing it: the gussets and pockets can expand. Made by EMS, and built the way they build all their gear: to last a lifetime.
1. Starting with the front, there is a diagonal zip for holding wallets, paperwork, etc.
2. Unclip the quick release latch on front, and it opens to a mesh zippered pocket – great for change, keys…
Below that are 3 pockets, 2 for pens, one for things you need quick access to.
3. On the side of #2, is a deep zipped pocket. Excellent for wallet, passport, map…This is gusseted, so it can hold a guide book as well, or glasses.
4. At the top of the bag are two zip pockets the entire size of the bag. The front one has padding at the front, and is large enough for clothes, a water bottle, or whatever. The rear one has padding at the back, and a clip for your keys or a pocket knife… This is the largest pocket, and would be perfect for a 35mm camera, binoculars, or other gear.
5. The back of the pack has a slash pocket. It also has a handy loop for hanging.
6. The left side has a mesh pocket with an elastic top, so you could have a water bottle there.
7. The right size has pockets for pens.
8. The strap is adjustable to be a cross-body bag, like a messenger bag, or a shoulder bag. The top of the strap is padded and the side that touches your shoulder is kind of rubbery so it doesn’t slip off. The strap clips on at the right and left.
