Project Size: 988 SF
We are looking for a reliable, professional local representative in Charlotte, NC, to attend an on-site walkthrough on behalf of GFM Equity Development.
Responsibilities
Attend the property walkthrough.
Meet with the on-site contact, Nathan.
Review the property and cleaning requirements.
Take clear photos and videos of the areas requiring cleaning.
Take notes on the scope and any special requirements.
Send the walkthrough findings to our team.
Cleaning Scope to Review
Clean all floors.
Clean light fixtures, including tops.
Clean windows inside and out.
Clean bathrooms.
Clean breakout areas in the back of house.
Strip and wax VCT flooring in the back of house, if required.
Clean the cashwrap and offices.
Perform a full wipe-down of all surfaces.
Requirements
Must be located in or near Charlotte, NC.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Comfortable communicating with property representatives.
Must have a smartphone for photos and videos.
Cleaning or property inspection experience is a plus.
Compensation
$65 flat fee for completing the walkthrough and submitting photos, videos, and notes.
