Premier 1 Hauling & Junk Removal is looking for a hardworking, dependable, professional helper in Charlotte and surrounding areas.
Work includes loading and unloading furniture, appliances, and other items for junk removal and donation pickups.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Show up on time and ready to work.
• Have your own car and reliable transportation.
• Safely lift and carry 40–50 pounds and team-lift heavier items.
• Maintain a neat appearance and communicate clearly and respectfully with customers.
• Follow instructions, use good judgment, and take initiative.
• Handle customers’ belongings and property with care.
PAY PER HELPER:
• Small pickup: $30 — typically less than 30 minutes of loading.
• Medium pickup: $40 — typically 30–60 minutes of loading.
• Large or difficult pickup: Starting at $50 — heavier items, stairs, longer carrying distances, or more involved loading.
• Extended cleanouts: Starting at $18/hour.
• Opportunity to earn tips.
$50 MINIMUM PER WORKDAY:
Whenever you come out to work, you will receive at least $50. If we only have one small pickup, you still receive $50. When there are multiple pickups, the per-job rates add together—for example, three small pickups pay $90 total.
Pickup duties may include riding along to the donation center and helping unload. The schedule, expected duties, and pay will be confirmed before you come out.
