Ideal housing for attorney document reviewers, pilots/flight attendants/airport workers, Amazon workers, Wells Fargo interns, and traveling nurses who desire a clean, safe, homely environment. The housing is ideal for people who are originally from out-of-state, and is relocating to the Charlotte area.
The house is located in the Westerly Hills area, between the Charlotte Douglas International Airport and Uptown. Both Uptown and the airport are less than 10 minutes drive. Public transportation to airport and Uptown are easily accessible. Walmart, Popeye's, Church's Chicken, Bojangles, and Burger King are also within close proximity to the house. The room is located on the second floor of the house. Each floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, so the person will share the bathroom with the other person on the same floor. In addition, although the house is located in the city, the house is on a septic system. This means that no oil should go down the drain, and nothing but toilet paper should be flushed in the toilet (no baby wipes, even wipes that state it dissolves, feminine hygiene product, etc.)
TERMS/DURATION:
- Month-to-Month lease with 30 days notice.
- Rent is $1000/month
- Security Deposit is $1000
- The room is offered for one person occupancy only; however, visitors and overnight guests are permitted so long as they are respectful.

SMOKING/DRUGS/DRINKING POLICY:
- Nonsmokers preferred
- However, outside smoking is permitted
- Drugs are not allowed
- No excessive drinking is permitted
- We are not 420-friendly
PET POLICY:
- No Pets Allowed
