Hauling 53ft dry van no-touch freight.
We cover fuel, tolls, insurance, and all operational expenses. You are responsible for providing and plating your own truck. We do not offer lease purchase programs.
Pay Structure:
• $32/hr paid on a W-2 as a driver
• PLUS
• $170/day paid on a 1099 for each day the truck operates
• $0.20/mile paid on a 1099 for truck maintenance
Pay Expectations:
• Equipment must be kept in good condition and DOT compliant.
• If there are available hours on your clock and freight available to move, we expect those hours to be utilized unless otherwise approved by dispatch.
• Drivers must communicate all arrivals, departures, delays, and extended loading/unloading times.
• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections must be completed daily.
• Appointments must be made on time unless delayed by circumstances outside of the driver's control.

Requirements:
Must own, lease, or rent your own truck
Minimum 2 years CDL-A experience
Clean driving record
Clean 10-year FBI background check
