CDL-A TEAM DRIVER – Charlotte, NC to Scranton, PA
$2,100–$2,300 Per Week, Per Driver | Dedicated FedEx Run
H&C Group, a FedEx Ground contractor, is looking for an experienced CDL-A Team Driver for a dedicated route running between Charlotte, NC and Scranton, PA.
This is a great opportunity for a driver looking for consistent weekly miles, steady pay, and a dedicated schedule.
PAY
$2,100–$2,300 per week, per driver
SCHEDULE
Starts: Monday at 11:45 PM in Charlotte, NC
Ends: Friday night at approximately 11:45 PM
Off: Saturday, Sunday, and most of Monday
Approximately 5,865 miles per week
HOW THE RUN WORKS
The team departs Charlotte at approximately 11:45 PM Monday night and runs to Scranton, PA.
Charlotte → Scranton: approximately 586 miles
Scranton → Charlotte: approximately 587 miles
Primarily drop-and-hook
The truck returns to Charlotte daily and then continues with the next dispatch.
This is a rolling, nonstop team operation throughout the workweek.
IMPORTANT: Although the truck returns to Charlotte each day, this is NOT a home-daily position. There is not enough downtime between dispatches for the drivers to go home. Drivers should expect to remain with the truck for the duration of the weekly run.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for dependable CDL-A drivers who understand team operations and are comfortable staying out with the truck from Monday night through Friday night.
Applicants should have:
Valid Class A CDL
Ability to operate as part of a team
Good driving and safety record
Dependable attendance
Ability to meet FedEx qualification requirements
Experience with drop-and-hook freight preferred
Doubles endorsement required
