I bought this truck in April 2003 and am the only owner. I have all the manuals that came with the vehicle, even the window sticker. I bought it to work on outdoor and indoor projects around the house. It’s nothing fancy but It has been a great truck for those purposes.
It is a 2003 F-150 regular cab (long bed). It has a 4.2 V6 engine, 4 speed automatic transmission, AC (works great), and AM/FM radio with cassette player. 68,549 is the actual mileage for the vehicle. The vehicle runs great and has been very reliable. Never been in a wreck. Garage kept for the most part. Original paint has not faded. It does have some minor dinks and scratches, but looks good.
Work or replacements done since the truck turned over 62k miles:
Fuel injector
Manifold gaskets
Spark plugs
Transmission and differential fluid
New brakes and rotors
New catalytic converter
New shocks (front and rear), stabilizer bar, struts
New battery
New tires
Edmunds evaluation of this vehicle (condition and mileage) states the the average sale is $8,347 (see screen shot).
