I'd like to get a lot of money for this table, but I would also like to see it leave my garage and go to a good home. I don't know if the nailed on label saying SS Bowie is authentic or not, but from looking around I do believe it is an actual hatch cover from a ship likely dating to the WWII era.

What I do know is that my Dad bought it in Savannah around 1980, put urethane on it, built the base and we used it in our house for many years. I raised the height of it to around 30 inches by adding the spacers on top of the base. It is heavy, don't know how heavy, but has to be 150+ pounds...but it is just a guess. Size is about 5 feet long, 30 inches wide, and 30 inches high.

I will see what offers I get for a couple weeks and sell it to the highest bidder.

Pick up only, no delivery, cash or zelle
