First Call Remodeling / House Calls Handyman Services is looking for an experienced Skilled Carpenter / Multi-Trade Remodeling
Professional to work on residential remodeling and repair projects in the Summerville, Charleston, and surrounding areas.
We are looking for someone who can do more than basic carpentry. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, solving problems in the field, and performing a variety of remodeling and repair tasks.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• Residential remodeling experience • Rough and finish carpentry • Framing and structural repairs • Door and window installation • Interior and exterior trim work • Baseboards, crown molding and shoe molding • Flooring installation • Drywall installation, repair and finishing • Bathroom and kitchen remodeling • Basic plumbing repair and fixture installation • Basic electrical knowledge • Painting and finishing • Ability to read measurements and follow project plans • Ability to identify problems and recommend practical solutions • Own basic hand and power tools • Reliable transportation Need Full size truck or Cargo van is A Must• Dependable and professional • Able to work safely and maintain a clean job site

You should be able to show up, assess the work, complete tasks properly, and work with minimal supervision.
This is NOT a position for someone looking to learn basic carpentry on the job. We are looking for someone with proven residential construction and remodeling experience.
