Pay — Based on Experience
• Arrive on time and ensure crews are prepared and ready to begin work as scheduled.
• Review each job before starting and make sure the crew understands the scope of work and customer expectations.
• Assign responsibilities to crew members and keep everyone productive throughout the workday.
• Ensure proper surface preparation, including grinding, crack repair, cleaning, and moisture-related preparation when required.
• Have knowledge of and oversee mixing and application of epoxy, polyaspartic, polyurea, flake systems, and other coating products used by the company.
• Follow manufacturer specifications for mixing ratios, coverage rates, application methods, recoat windows, and cure times.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and inspect completed work before leaving the jobsite.
• Identify and correct problems such as uneven coatings, missed areas, improper flake coverage, bubbles, contamination, peeling, or other installation issues.
• Minimize callbacks and warranty repairs by making sure every job is completed correctly the first time.
• Keep management informed of job progress, delays, material shortages, customer concerns, or unexpected jobsite conditions.
• Take before, during, and after photos of projects.
• Ensure equipment, grinders, vacuums, tools, trailers, and company vehicles are properly used, cleaned, and maintained.
• Keep track of materials and notify management when supplies need to be reordered.
• Prevent unnecessary material waste and ensure products are being used efficiently.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites.
• Enforce company safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
• Train new employees on proper preparation, application, equipment use, safety, and company standards.
• Hold crew members accountable for attendance, productivity, workmanship, attitude, and professionalism.
• Lead by example and be willing to work alongside the crew when necessary.
• Maintain a professional attitude, especially when dealing with customers or resolving problems.
• Be capable of making decisions in the field without requiring constant supervision.
• Take ownership of each project from arrival through final cleanup and customer walkthrough.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule while never sacrificing quality to finish faster.
• Perform a final inspection before considering any project complete.
• Maintain reliable communication with management and respond promptly to calls or messages during working hours.
• Be flexible with scheduling when projects require early starts, longer days, travel, or occasional weekend work.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
Must have dependable transportation, and a valid driver’s license!!!
Must be dependable and show up on time.
Willingness to work occasional longer hours or on the weekend when necessary to complete a project.

Experienced Epoxy Floor Coating Installer

We are looking for experienced epoxy floor coating installers to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality concrete coating systems. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for dependable installers who have hands-on experience with concrete preparation and coating applications and can produce professional-quality work.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare concrete surfaces using grinders and other surface-preparation equipment
• Knowledge of coating materials, mixing ratios, and application techniques
• Operate equipment properly, including sanders, diamond grinding machines, mixers, burnishers, scrubbers, and shot blasters, vacuums, and hand tools
• Repair cracks, spalling, and other concrete imperfections
• Mix and apply epoxy, polyaspartic, and other coating systems
• Broadcast decorative flakes evenly and consistently Scrape and clean flake systems before applying topcoats
• Apply clear and pigmented topcoats
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
• Follow company installation procedures and safety requirements
• Work efficiently with other crew members to complete projects on schedule Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards
Requirements:
Previous professional epoxy/concrete coating experience required Experience operating concrete grinders and surface-preparation equipment
Knowledge of epoxy and/or polyaspartic coating systems
Ability to recognize and properly address concrete preparation issues
Strong attention to detail
Dependable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
Must be dependable and show up on time
Must work well as part of a team
Willingness to work occasional longer hours when necessary to complete a project
