Ive owned this four wheeler for abt 15 years. Its never had hardly any problems i replaced the carb twice and itll work for a few years it most likely needs another one. Tires are pretty much brand new but leak air our the rim pretty sure you could get tire tubes and itd be good to go. It does not have a seat and it has slightly bent handle bars.
