I am a rare mix of high-level business strategist and boots-on-the-ground operator. With an MBA, a Master’s in Project Management, and 15 years in construction, oil and gas (manufacturing), and trades (mechanical & electrical company), I handle the critical tasks you don't have time for:
• The Front Office: Catching up messy books, mastering finances, managing HR, pulling permits, scheduling and tackling procurement.
• The Field: Estimating, truck dispatch, crew management, logistics, load trucks, can operate equipment (skytrack, front end loader, etc) and non-cdl hauling (I run a 26-48ft gooseneck and carry a 100gal auxiliary diesel tank).
