We are looking for TWO temporary crew members to assist our team with a professional audio/video setup on Tuesday, September 29.
DATE: Tuesday, September 29
MEETING TIME: 9:00 AM
MEETING AREA: Chantilly, Virginia
ESTIMATED HOURS: 6–8 hours
PAY: Hourly – paid at the end of the day
OPENINGS: 2
LUNCH: Provided
TRANSPORTATION: Provided to/from customer location
JOB DESCRIPTION
Meet our team in Chantilly, Virginia at 9:00 AM. The exact meeting location will be provided after you are selected.
The day's work will include:
• Loading AV equipment into our truck in Chantilly
• Traveling with our team to the customer location
• Unloading equipment at the customer location
• Assisting our technicians with professional audio/video setup
• Moving, positioning, and assembling AV equipment
• General setup assistance as directed by our technical team
• Returning to Chantilly with the team in the afternoon
Transportation between Chantilly and the customer location will be provided.
REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to lift and move AV equipment
• Must be comfortable climbing and working from a ladder
• Professional attitude and behavior
• Clean and presentable appearance
• Must speak fluent English
• Reliable and punctual
• Must be able to follow instructions
• Must work well as part of a team
Prior experience with AV setup, event production, stagehand work,
LED video walls, professional audio, lighting, staging, or similar
event work is a PLUS.
DRESS CODE
We will be working at a professional customer location.
Preferred/required work attire:
• Black polo shirt preferred
• Long pants
• Closed-toe shoes required – NO open-toe shoes
• Clean and presentable work attire
PAYMENT
You will be paid hourly for the actual hours worked.
Payment will be made electronically through Zelle at the end of
the workday.
You MUST have an active Zelle account capable of receiving payment.
