Super chill person wanted for available large room! The Property is located in a industrial park so no HOA fees or hassle! Older house with lots of personality and a large patio for relaxing especially with the weather about to change for the cooler =) Owner is great but also of the Mormon faith which means no party's & no alcohol. The place is nothing fancy, more ranch vibes/ artsy fartsy & very chill. AZ Ave is busy and a tad noisy at certain hours but I've gotten used to it overtime =) We are super close to the 202 freeway!Must be employed with a few good references thank you.
