We don't do gimmicks or high-pressure sales. We operate on a foundation of everyday honest pricing, impeccable craftsmanship, and elite customer service. Because our business is booming, we are looking for dedicated Lighting Installers and Installation Crew Leads to join our team immediately.
The Roles Available
1. Installation Crew Lead
You are a seasoned pro who can take a design layout and bring it to life while managing a small team. You ensure safety, maintain our strict quality standards, and act as the main point of contact for the homeowner on-site.
Requirements: 2+ years of direct landscape lighting/exterior LED installation experience. Proven leadership or foreperson experience.
2. Lighting Installer
You are handy, motivated, and eager to deliver flawless installations. You take pride in clean wiring, hidden runs, and perfectly aimed fixtures.
Requirements: Solid experience with LED systems and architectural or landscape lighting.
Key Responsibilities
Flawless Installations: Efficiently install premium low-voltage landscape lighting, permanent eave lighting, and patio systems according to design specs.
Technical Execution: Handle low-voltage wiring, connections, transformer mounting, and fixture placement with crisp, clean attention to detail.
Client Interaction: Deliver on-point, friendly customer service. You must be able to walk a homeowner through their finished system, explain how it operates (including smart controllers/automation setups), and ensure they are thrilled before you leave.
Teamwork & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized work truck and job site. Follow all safety protocols while working on ladders or roofs.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Hands-on experience with LED and landscape lighting systems is required.
Low-Voltage Expertise: Solid knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems, wire sizing, voltage drop calculation, and troubleshooting is a major plus.
Clean Driving Record: A valid driver's license and a completely clean driving record are required to operate company vehicles.
Communication Skills: Your customer service must be sharp. You should be professional, articulate, and comfortable teaching clients how to use their new lighting systems.
Physically Fit: Comfortable working outdoors in the Arizona climate, climbing ladders, working on eaves/rooflines, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
