AZ Rock Depot is hiring for dispatching customer service representative. Local Landscape Supply
• Customer Interaction: Answer high-volume incoming phone calls, emails, and service requests from customers with a courteous and helpful attitude.
• Scheduling & Routing: Assign, schedule, and optimize routes for, drivers based on geographic location, urgency, and availability.
• Field Communication: Maintain constant phone, or GPS tracking contact with field staff to relay instructions, updates, and estimated times of arrival (ETAs).
• Problem Solving: Handle service disruptions, emergency requests, delays, or customer complaints quickly and professionally.
• Data Management: Log customer details, update work orders, manage scheduling calendars, and record daily dispatch logs accurately in the database.
• Reporting & Collaboration: Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, or management teams and generate daily summary reports
