**Men of Steel Gutters & Construction is looking for an experienced Lead Gutter Installer to join our team.**
If you know how to install gutters correctly, can lead a crew, take pride in your work, and want your income to reflect how hard you work, we want to hear from you.
### 💰 COMPETITIVE COMMISSION-BASED PAY
This is a **commission-based position with strong earning potential**.
During our busy season, one of our Lead Installers has earned **over $12,000 in a single month**.
Your earnings will vary depending on workload, season, and production. Gutter installation is seasonal, so summer and peak-season earnings can be significantly different from slower periods.
### WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Experienced gutter installer
* Experience running or leading an installation crew
* Ability to install seamless gutters, downspouts, corners, miters, and related components
* Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
* Ability to read measurements and job specifications
* Comfortable working on ladders and roofs
* Reliable transportation
* Valid driver's license
* Ability to work independently and manage a job from start to finish
* Professional attitude and good communication with customers and crew members
* Safety-conscious and dependable
### WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Lead Installer, you'll be responsible for:
* Leading gutter installation crews
* Measuring and laying out jobs
* Installing seamless gutters and downspouts
* Installing corners, miters, outlets, end caps, elbows, and other components
* Ensuring jobs are completed correctly and professionally
* Managing job-site workflow and materials
* Communicating with customers when necessary
* Maintaining a clean and professional job site
* Training and helping less-experienced installers
* Representing Men of Steel Gutters & Construction professionally
