Job description:
We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Worker to join our team and help keep our rental properties in excellent condition. This role is hands-on and varied, requiring someone who takes pride in problem-solving, quality workmanship, and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do:
Inspect and repair property equipment, systems, and structures
Perform general repairs and preventive maintenance on apartments and homes
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and maintenance issues
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Keep work areas clean and organized
Interact professionally with tenants while following landlord–tenant laws and company policies
Follow all safety regulations and company standards
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in property or building maintenance
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and roof repair
Ability to work in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Must have own tools and a reliable pick-up truck
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
Valid Oregon Driver’s License and ability to pass a background check
