Looking for motivated and independent contract trimmers to join our current trim crew at a reputable OLCC licensed indoor cannabis farm located near Central Point. We provide high-quality craft products to OLCC licensed retailers only. Long term contracted employment is possible.
Successful applicants must be motivated, professional, punctual, reliable, and a team player, capable of taking direction but also able to work independently. Duties extend beyond trimming: Harvesting, bucking, and pre-roll production occupy roughly 50% of the work load and add variety to the work week. Compensation is based upon experience and ability to trim efficiently with close attention to detail as we only sell premium flower.
