We are actively recruiting for 3 Personal Support Workers to assist a private male employer with a spinal cord injury/C2 complete on ventilator with all activities of daily living.
Start Date: Immediately
Location:
-Chemainus, BC (Near Chemainus Elementary Community School)
Shifts and Hours:
-Saturday through Sunday (7 days a week)
-8:00am to 4:00pm
-3:00pm to 11:00pm
-Open to adjustments in shift length and times
-Will consider candidates schedule preference if it works for the employer
Compensation
-$25.00 per hour
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
-Personal care such as personal hygiene, suctioning/cough assist, toileting, bowel care and wound care.
-Meal preparation and assisted feeding.
-Transfers
Qualifications:
-Willingness to be trained on ventilator equipment.
