Heat, hot water, electric, wifi, and trash included.
Must be able rent for the entire term of lease.
Prefer a tenant who works full time.
No smoking, no pets, no drugs, no drama...you will be inside our home.

All persons considered but MUST pass Criminal Offenders background check - you will be in our home!
