Available November 1st. I have one tiny studio cabin in a small, diverse, respectful community. The cabin is 225sq ft. The cabin is one small, open room with a kitchen on one side and a sleeping area on the other side. There is a small bathroom. Ideal for one person.
This is a quiet community in a wooded area of downtown Grass Valley, the deer and the fox come through daily. We are a no cigarette smoking property. We are within walking distance of Safeway, downtown shops, The Center For The Arts and the library. There is a coin-operated laundry room on site with two washers and two dryers and an outdoor community area with a propane grill. The community has rules, there are 22 other tenants in cabins and we care about how we impact each other. Someone that doesn't have a lot of people coming and going is preferred as we have quite a few elderly tenants.
*Please email first and tell me about yourself, then I can arrange a time to view the cabin* You are welcome to do a drive through, but do not disturb tenants. You can apply in person after viewing the cabin. We will not ask for any financial information, until you view the cabin and fill out a paper application in person.
The manager lives onsite.
A spayed or neutered cat is ok.

Landlord pays water and trash.
Tenant pays PGE for electric and gas. Tenant pays their own internet. These are your own bills and you need to set that up.
No central air conditioning, but you can have a window unit that you provide.
Gas stove and heat. Electric hot water heater.
$35 cash application fee/credit check.
$869 security deposit.
$869 first month's rent due on move in.
Must provide 2 recent paycheck stubs/proof of income.
Must make 2x the rent.
Must have 2 rental references.
First month's rent and deposit need to be in a money order.
