The Hood River Edition offers a taller chassis height with 15" wheels and off road worthy tires, so better suited if your camp site is off the beaten path. Left side kitchen slide out, convection microwave, front dinette folds flat for a Queen bed, rear 6'4" bunk beds with the upper bed frame that folds up when not needed, wet bath, twin batteries need to be replaced, flat screen portable TV mounted inside can be moved to the rear outdoor living area, CD radio, spare tire never used, 4 stabilizer jacks, extended power cable, and more. Bought at a dealer auction in Eugene Oregon a few years ago, and used for our 8 day vacation down the coast and back home. The rear outdoor kitchen with night lights was a really nice feature we've never experienced before, as we prefer to camp outside, not inside. Appears to not have traveled much before our purchase, with original tires that are dated out but show an easy life, the fridge, microwave, and hot water heater anode rod looking never used, and the 20 lb. propane tank was nearly full. It's been in outdoor storage for a while, and the side door has been damaged, so will need a new door or skin cover made for a better look. An easy tow that weighs less than 3,100 lbs, 20' long tip to tip so easy to park, a 6.5' wide body so no need for wider towing mirrors, and an 8' wide wheel track so tows stable. Fresh water tank capacity is 36 gallons, the Gray and Black tanks are both 30 gallons each, and the interior height is 6'5". Clean Calif. title, all types of trade ins welcome, and financing available with lenders approval.
