I’m selling my 40-acre unpatented placer mining claim in Placer County, California, in the Sierra Nevada at approximately 4,500 feet elevation.
This claim may appeal to someone interested in prospecting, exploring the outdoors, and enjoying a quiet mountain setting. The surrounding area has natural rock formations, pine and oak trees, a creek, and seasonal drainage. There are areas that may be suitable for staging or camping, depending on site conditions and applicable regulations. Camping and other recreational activities are subject to federal rules, land-use restrictions, and any required permits.
When I visited portions of the claim, I observed vehicle access, a fairly level area, a flowing creek, a seasonal drainage, and exposed rock, slate, and granite.
