Good condition Briggs & Stratton 12,000 W automatic home standby Generator. Runs on propane or natural gas. 120/240 V single phase. It was removed from service due to an upgrade. It has always been professionally installed and maintained. It had a new controller installed on it a couple of years ago. The new controller shows about 39 hours and the maintenance logs before that showed about 540 hours so total run hours should be about 579. We can demonstrate it for you under a full load at our shop if you would like. We can load it into a pick up or tall van or trailer with a forklift. Runs on propane or natural gas.
