This light filled three-bedroom two bath home is on a shared 6-acre property. A seasonal creek flows right by your back patio- perfect for morning yoga or coffee. The unit is newly remodeled with two soaking tubs, W/D, dishwasher, garbage disposal, forced air heating, fireplace, and gas stove. On the property we also have a chicken coop (about to get 15 more chickens and perhaps a couple goats) and veggie garden you are welcome to use. There is a detached shed for storage, bikes etc...

Rental price includes electricity, water and trash. Tenants are responsible for internet (high speed available on property) and propane. You must have excellent credit and rental history, and good references. Two vehicles maximum please.
