We are looking for a dependable construction-minded person to join a residential window installation crew.
Window installation experience is a plus, but it is NOT required. If you have experience in remodeling, siding, carpentry, framing, roofing, or another hands-on trade and know how to use tools, we can teach you the window side of the job.
We are looking for someone who wants steady work with a small crew and has the ability to become a more skilled installer over time.
What you'll be doing:
- Removing and installing residential windows and patio doors
- Assisting with full-frame and replacement window installations
- Removing and reinstalling siding as needed around window openings
- Interior and exterior trim work
- Using basic hand and power tools
- Loading/unloading windows and materials
- Jobsite setup and cleanup
- Assisting the lead installer throughout the installation
- Operating a metal brake and fabricating exterior window trim/capping if you have experience doing so.
What we're looking for:
- Construction or remodeling experience preferred
- Siding experience is a plus
- Window installation experience is a plus
- Metal brake / aluminum trim experience is a strong plus
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Able to read a tape measure accurately
- Willing and able to learn
- Dependable and able to show up on time
- Good work ethic and able to work as part of a small crew
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
We provide the major installation tools and equipment. You should have basic personal hand tools or be willing to obtain them.
