Used Pella replacement window (no nailing strip). I replaced this window with a much smaller window for our bathroom.
This is a double hung window which flips out for easy cleaning. It comes with full, undamaged screen. The only issue is the plastic window flip out locks that restrict opening wide are somewhat damaged. New ones can be ordered from Pella but these are included and can still be used. They do not affect window operation. Other than that, there is no damage to the window. No cracks in the panes.
The actual size of the window is: 27.5" x 45.25". Your rough opening needs to be 28" x 46".
