X3 is hiring Licensed Journeyman Electricians for a long-term data center project in Cedar Rapids, IA.
Earn up to $57/hr + OT after 40 hours + $178/day per diem. Work 68 hours per week on a project expected to last 2+ years with consistent overtime and weekly pay.
Pay & Per Diem
• Up to $57/hr once you have the Iowa Journeyman license reciprocated, $45 while your Journeyman application is in process
• Overtime after 40 hours
• 68 hours/week = 28 hours of weekly overtime
• $178/day per diem
• Per diem available for each day worked
• Potential for up to 7 days of per diem when all scheduled shifts are completed
• Weekly pay
• PPE provided
Schedule
• Monday-Friday: 12-hour shifts
• Saturday: 8-hour shift
• Sunday: OFF
• 68 hours per week
• Long-term project with consistent overtime
What You Will Do
• Install conduit and cable tray
• Pull wire and perform terminations
• Install and work with switchgear and electrical equipment
• Read blueprints, one-lines, and electrical schematics
• Perform electrical testing and troubleshooting
• Support commissioning, FTE, AutoLOTO, and load bank activities
• Complete NEC-compliant installations
• Follow all jobsite safety requirements and procedures
What You Need
• Active Iowa Journeyman Electrical License OR valid reciprocal license from AK, AR, CO, MN, MT, NE, NH, ND, OK, SD, TX, WI, or WY
• 4+ years of recent commercial or industrial electrical experience
• Experience with conduit, cable tray, switchgear, and electrical equipment
• Data center, industrial, or large-scale commercial experience preferred
• OSHA 10 Certification
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and 7-year background check
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
