Position Overview
Tawakal Logistics LLC is seeking professional two-person box truck teams to operate consistent delivery and installation routes out of Cedar Rapids. This is a high-volume, steady opportunity and weekly income. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong customer-service mindset. Complaining, rudeness, or unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled deliveries and on-site installations
- Safely transport, handle, and install products without damage
- Protect customer property at all times
- Maintain professionalism with customers, dispatch, and partners
- Care for freight as if it were your own
Requirements
- Two-person team required
- Driver must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license
- Helper must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license
- Must be able operate a 24–26 ft box truck with Liftgate
- Ability to deliver and install products without damage
- Strong attention to detail and customer care
Equipment Used:
- Appliance Dollies & Installation Tools
- Pallet jacks
- Moving blankets & Ratchet Straps
Opportunity Details
- Start Time: 5:30 AM
- Typical End Time when empty
- Schedule: Routes run 6 days per week (Mon to Sat)
- Stops: Average 3-12 stops per day
- Location: Hiwatha, IA
Delivery Driver & Installer (No Truck Required)
PAY STRUCTURE
Drivers: $150/day (Earn $900 for 6 days + a $100 bonus for completing the full week = $1,000/week)
Helpers: $100/day (Earn $600 for 6 days + a $50 bonus for completing the full week = $650/week)
BONUS INCENTIVES
Monthly Safety & Compliance Bonus: $200 per team ($100 each) every month for remaining damage-claim-free, accident-free, and traffic-violation-free.
6-Month Retention Bonus: $100 every 6 months for all active teams with the company.
Customer Service Bonus: $100 every 6 months for each team member with zero negative customer reviews. Happy customers put a smile on your wallet!
SCHEDULE & PAY DETAILS
Frequency: First paycheck is issued after 2 weeks of employment. Weekly payouts via direct deposit follow thereafter.
Equipment: No truck? No problem! We provide the vehicles for this position.
