POSITIVE ATTITUDE
DRIVERS LICENSE
RELIABLE VEHICLE TO GET TO WORK
BASIC HAND TOOLS
ABILITY TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS
WILLINGNESS TO WORK SOLO OR WITH A TEAM
BASIC MAINT SKILLS, painting, light plumbing, light electrical, sheetrock repair
Ability to be oncall on a rotating schedule
lawn care and snow removal as needed
If you have trim and lvt flooring or hvac repair experience that is even better!
