Seeking a roommate who can bring a feminine touch. This has been a security company with PI's and PPO's and guest rooms for training. But now we're winding down. The owner is writing a book about his experiences. Unconventional space but calm, open-minded, fun. Upstairs is three bedrooms and a Viking loft. Downstairs is the office. If you take over the domestic role, re-arrange as you see fit!
The right person would be willing to cook and clean a bit - take care of the place. Make it more of a home. A child is okay. We normally rescue German Shepherds but do not have one at the moment. Maybe soon - they are the best night security. And we believe in security. :)
We can do a monthly or longer arrangement.
