hey now! I got this incredibly heavy awesome electric fireplace insert from an estate sale, and I haven’t used my fireplace in so long, I forgot the gas line is in the way at my house, and I don’t want to cap the gas line off and remove that function. I don’t know what I was thinking, so it’s your chance to get an old school, good shape, functioning electric fire place insert.
the good ol’ -trusty internet- says it is 80% more efficient than burning stuff in your basic home one.

in one of the pictures you can see i’m holding a trash bag over one of the vents, and it is filling with air. that was the best way I could think of to show that it functions.
the pull knobs to adjust the vent work and it slides forward and backwards.
on the back there was insulation stuck to it, it was old, I removed it. it was standard rolled style insulation.

this thing is made to literally shove into a standard fireplace, and you burn your wood or coal directly in it, so you could in theory install this outdoors on a patio, or some other idea you might have.
it’s crazy crazy heavy. I was able to move it myself, but that process was very difficult.
I want $250 for it.

I have a box truck with a lift-gate, if you want me to deliver it to you, i’ll roll it as close to your existing fireplace (if you have a path clear) as I can for $325. delivery price is for “greater” austin area.
