I was walking my dog around philly and my lucky dog stopped in the middle of the sidewalk, with this pokémon card at his feet.

I assumed it was fake, cuz finding a 1999 charizard in a plastic sleeve just laying on the ground is fishy as hell!

today (Thursday October 29th) I took the card to lakeline mall and went to pokemaniacs, and gamestop. they both said it's real, and take it to card traders on mcneil rd. I did that, and they made me an offer for the card, so that's enough confirmation for me.

I am broke. I normally would have put this card in my collection and forget about it. i'm not attached to this card yet, cuz i've had it for less than a week, so buy it from me so I can pay my car insurance and phone/internet bill.

I think if it were graded, it would come up as a 3-5., which would command a higher price than what i'm asking. call and argue with me on price, maybe i'll cave in and make a deal. but I REALLY want to pay my bills. thanks.
