Our small business is looking for a Shipping & Warehouse Associate. This position will be involved in all aspects of our Shipping Department, and will also assist with assembly and packaging of products we offer for sale.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Hours available are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities include:
Pick, pack and ship customer orders
Assemble, collate and/or package products, operate production equipment
Receive, inspect and count incoming merchandise deliveries
Stock shelves and maintain inventory counts
General warehouse duties
Requirements for this position include:
Good command of English language
Standing or walking for much of your working shift
Moving and lifting cartons of up to 50 pounds
Climbing ladders to shelve and retrieve inventory
Basic computer skills
Cleaning and maintaining an organized work environment
Accuracy and attention to detail
Timely work habits
Prior shipping/receiving experience is preferred.
