Miami Purveyors is hiring local delivery drivers with a Class A or Class B CDL.
• This Monday–Friday position offers assigned local delivery routes.
• All weekends off and weekly overtime opportunities.
• Drivers generally work 8+ hours per day, five days per week.
• Starting pay is $19.00, with a review after 90 days.
• Drivers deliver meat and poultry products to local customers using new refrigerated trucks equipped with new technology. Candidates must speak, read and write both English and Spanish. The position may require heavy lifting of cases exceeding 75 pounds.
Required Experience:
• Candidates must have experience using pallet jacks, completing pre- and post-trip inspections and driver logs, and documenting mechanical issues. Responsibilities include reviewing assigned routes with the manager; loading and unloading the truck, including returned products; delivering products and documenting deliveries and pickups; obtaining customer signatures on invoices; and collecting payments when instructed. Drivers are responsible for maintaining a clean vehicle, documenting mechanical issues and conducting themselves professionally at the warehouse and with customers.
